Nestled within a lush jungle clearing, the restaurant opens to the sky through a woven palapa canopy. Moonlight filters through the leaves as the sounds of the forest accompany your meal. The kitchen, led by Chef Mariana Orozco, works in collaboration with local fishermen and Maya milpa farmers who deliver the day's catch and harvest each morning.
