Set to open in January 2025, this luxury villa resort located on the edge of the Tulum jungle will consist of 10 villas with the capacity to accommodate up to eight guests each.
Nestled on the edge of the Tulum jungle, TROBBU Boutique Collection Riviera Maya is poised to redefine the all-inclusive luxury experience when it opens its doors in January 2025. Unlike conventional all-inclusive resorts that prioritise scale over substance, TROBBU has chosen intimacy: just ten villas, each accommodating up to eight guests, set within a landscape that honours the region's natural and cultural heritage.
The property marks the hospitality debut of TROBBU Boutique Collection, a brand built on the philosophy that true luxury lies in authenticity, privacy, and meaningful connection. The villas themselves are studies in biophilic design — woven from local materials, shaded by native canopy, and oriented to capture the jungle's light and breeze.
Each villa features a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a dedicated concierge. The culinary program is anchored by Fogata, an open-fire restaurant that celebrates the ingredients and cooking traditions of the Yucatán Peninsula. Guests can also participate in Mayan cacao ceremonies, private sound baths, and guided jungle walks led by local elders.
"This is not a hotel. It's a sanctuary," says the founding team. "We wanted to create a place where guests feel the jungle, taste the land, and leave transformed."
With rates starting at $1,200 per night, TROBBU Riviera Maya positions itself at the apex of the region's luxury market — not through opulence, but through intention. Every detail, from the locally woven textiles to the farm-to-table dining program, is designed to immerse guests in the spirit of Tulum rather than insulate them from it.
The resort is now accepting reservations for stays beginning January 2025.
