What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
What amenities does each villa offer?
Each of our villas features 3 bedrooms, a sunken living room, a double-height dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, a deck, a terrace, and an outdoor grill.
What does All Inclusive mean?
Our All Inclusive package allows you to order food and drinks to your villa, as well as enjoy delicious pizzas from our traditional pizza oven, local favorites like marquesitas and esquites, and various themed dinner menus.
Is there Wi-Fi in the villas?
Yes, all villas have Wi-Fi in the bedrooms and common areas.
Can Trobbu villas be booked for groups and events?
Absolutely! Our reservations department is ready to create and customize the perfect trip for your group.
To receive preferential rates, a minimum of 4 villas must be booked, with the length of stay varying depending on the season. Please contact reservations@resorts.trobbu.com for more details.
Is Trobbu pet-friendly?
Yes, we love pets at Trobbu! We only ask that pets be under 10 kg. Service dogs, regardless of weight, are welcome with official documentation. A special cleaning fee will apply.
Is there parking available?
We offer limited free parking for hotel guests. Our parking is monitored 24/7 by security cameras. If you plan to bring a vehicle, please register it during check-in.
How far is Trobbu from Tulum and Cancun airports?
Tulum International Airport is only 37 km from the property, a 35-minute drive. Cancun International Airport is located 120 km from the property, and the trip usually takes about an hour and a half.
We can arrange a private driver for airport transfers. If you would like to book, please contact reservations@resorts.trobbu.com.
Is it adults-only?
No, we welcome everyone at Trobbu, including families. We believe everyone should experience Trobbu, couples, families, friends. We are all Tribu, we are all Trobbu.
Is there a beach club?
We have agreements that offer preferential rates to our guests at a local beach club. There is a minimum consumption fee per person, which can be spent on food and/or drinks.
Are there amenities for the little ones?
Yes! At Trobbu we think of the littlest members of the tribe, which is why we have at your disposal upon request prior to arrival: Crib, highchair or booster seat, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby monitor, changing table/bathing table with tripod, baby robes, pack and play.
